Domestic
All domestic
purchases are shipped within 48 hours or (2)
two business days (approximate time when order will leave
our facility) and is shipped via the United States Postal
Service, UPS or Fed-Ex. Upon shipping customers account
will be updated with tracking information. All purchases
are shipped with delivery confirmation and in most cases
a signature is required.
Warranty/Guarantee is in effect once item is delivered.
Delivery is considered to be receipt of package by:
customer, customers agent at residence/business location,
front/side/rear/ door delivery, porch/patio delivery or
delivery in any area specified by customer.

FROM SHIPPING ADDRESS YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED.
International
All overseas
purchases are shipped within 72 hours or (3)
three days (approximate time when order will leave our
facility) and is shipped via the United States Postal
Service. Upon shipping customers account will be updated
with tracking information. Due to the nature of overseas
transactions, we will not be responsible for customs duties
or delayed delivery due to customs. Buyers are responsible
for paying all applicable customs fees.
Returns
Before
requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA),
please check to ensure your item qualifies for a return
under our Warranty Agreement.

following information is required: Name on Account, Order
ID (optional), Item for RMA, and the Reason for RMA request.
You will receive a reply within two hours of contact.
